Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern
your purchases at Tagucci.com
They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases,
including important limitations and exclusions.
Your placement of an order with Tagucci.com constitutes your agreement that
these policies apply to the order,
so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
In the event that you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund items providing these items are returned within 7 days
of receipt of your order.
Prior to returning your purchase you must contact us - by phone or email.
Any items to be returned should still be in their original packaging and in the
saleable condition supplied to you.
A 20% surcharge will be applied to items not in the original packaging at our
discretion.

Unless we have made an error in processing the order, a return carriage fee
applies.
For your convenience, this carriage charge will automatically be deducted from
your refund.
Returned clocks are subject to a £5 handling charge.
Please note that we do not permit the return of or offer refunds in the
following cases:
- Hand painted canvases which are made to order.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers
tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to
us or declare the full value of the parcel so that you are completely protected
if the item is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier
that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you
will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. If
your return fails to arrive for whatever reason you will not be eligible for a
refund.
We reserve the right to reject a return if any of the above conditions are not
met or in the case of excessive returns.
